Delete your account

How to request it:

1. Log in with the account you want to delete (email and password, Google or Apple).
2. Confirm the request on this page. You can also request it in the Portvolution app, from your profile.

Deleting your account removes it from both the website and the Portvolution app:

• Your account, profile and private app data (voyages, contracts, port calls) are permanently deleted.
• Port reviews and ratings you published stay available for other seafarers, but your nickname is replaced with an anonymous placeholder and they are no longer linked to you.
• Your account is deactivated right away: you can’t post reviews, chat or report content while the request is pending.
• Our team deletes the account no earlier than 14 and no later than 30 days after your request, and emails you when it’s done. Until then you can cancel the request here or in the app.
